Marketing messages and Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

  • We use Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Google Merchant Center measurement to understand visits and interactions with the Site. The cookie choices below control optional analytics cookies. Google privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy; Squarespace privacy information is available at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

  • You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • With Advertising enabled, we use Meta and OpenAI pixels for advertising measurement and attribution. These services can receive website interaction information and measurement identifiers. Google Merchant Center measurement is also configured through a Google tag. The consent choices and advanced matching features are described below.

  • You may opt out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the consumer opt-out page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices and edit or opt-out your Google Display Network ads’ preferences at www.google.com/ads/preferences.

Cookie choices and measurement

Our cookie banner offers Accept all, Decline all and Manage cookies. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using Cookie Preferences on the website. Necessary cookies support core website functions and remember your preferences. Payment-security cookies can also be used on product and checkout pages.

Performance and analytics cookies are used by Squarespace Analytics and Google measurement services. These cookies are enabled when you accept Performance and Analytics. When you decline or withdraw that choice, the Site removes its analytics cookies. Google may still receive cookieless measurement and consent signals while analytics cookies are declined.

Meta and OpenAI advertising measurement and their related tracking cookies are enabled when you accept Advertising. Withdrawing Advertising disables those measurements and removes the advertising cookie identifiers used by the Site. Google and Meta tag libraries may download before you make a choice; the OpenAI measurement SDK loads only after Advertising is accepted.

OpenAI automatic advanced matching is enabled. When Advertising is accepted, supported contact information can be detected, normalised and hashed in your browser for conversion matching; raw contact details are not sent through that feature. The Google Merchant Center tag is also configured for automatic user-provided-data collection, with advertising-related sharing controlled by the Google consent signals linked to your Advertising choice.

We measure email-link clicks and successful enquiry-form submissions in Google Analytics 4. An email-link click indicates contact interest and does not show that an email was sent. A telephone-link click, where a telephone link is available, does not show that a call connected. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from completed enquiries. Our contact-intent and enquiry events do not include the email address, phone number or enquiry message as event parameters.

The Site also uses Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Adobe Fonts for font resources, Google reCAPTCHA for form protection, and Stripe payment-security features. These functional requests, including fraud-prevention cookies, can occur when optional analytics or advertising is declined.

Private browsing is not a substitute for choosing your cookie preferences. Your browser also provides controls for blocking or deleting cookies.

Provider privacy information: Meta, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Adobe Fonts, Google and Stripe.

For more information on how to set your browser to control (delete or block) cookies, visit  www.ico.org.uk

Optional analytics and advertising uses follow the choices described above. The provider controls linked below offer additional advertising-preference options.

We may use Facebook services to deliver advertising to you whilst you are online. This includes advertising on other platforms owned by Facebook, such as Instagram.

Please visit the various Facebook pages which allow you to learn more about Facebook ads and tracking technologies and to update your ad preference settings :

Please use the following link if you wish to opt out of remarketing pixels and technologies: https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1

About cookies and browser controls

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Use Cookie Preferences on this Site to control optional analytics and advertising. Your browser controls provide additional options for accepting, blocking or deleting cookies; consult your browser help for instructions. Browser cookie blocking alone is not a substitute for making your choices on the Site.

Your website choices control the optional measurement described above. Cookie blocking alone may still allow cookieless network requests and functional security requests. See the cookie choices and provider privacy information above for details.

Do Not Track

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
