Welcome to Boldstone
A room can change in a single moment.
Sometimes it happens when a sculpture catches the light differently in the afternoon. Sometimes it is the arrival of a table that feels less like furniture and more like a quiet architectural gesture. Sometimes it is a lamp, bowl, wall piece, or surface that shifts the entire mood of a space because it has presence, texture, and intention.
That moment is at the heart of Boldstone.
We are delighted to welcome you to Boldstone’s new online home: a place for sculptural furnishings, wall art, lighting, decorative objects, and commissioned pieces created for interiors that want to feel more personal, more tactile, and more alive.
Boldstone is built around a simple belief: the objects we live with every day should not disappear into the background. They should carry form, material, shadow, and story. They should work beautifully, but they should also make a room feel considered.
Who We Are
Boldstone was founded by artist and sculptor Sally Price and has grown through years of working with private clients, interior designers, garden designers, architects, and property developers. The work has always been guided by close observation of natural pattern: sand ripples, shells, waves, moon phases, mineral surfaces, and the quiet geometry found in the natural world.
The name Boldstone speaks to what we value: strength, permanence, weight, and material truth. It suggests something grounded, but not static. A stone can be ancient and still feel alive when light moves across it. A surface can be functional and still feel like a landscape. A sculpture can be quiet and still transform a wall.
Our work exists in that space between art and use. We create pieces that function as furniture, lighting, mirrors, bowls, panels, and accessories, while holding the visual presence of sculpture.
Our Design Philosophy
Boldstone’s design philosophy begins with form.
We are drawn to sculptural silhouettes, raised reliefs, layered surfaces, carved lines, mineral veining, and unexpected combinations of light and shadow. Some pieces are subtle and architectural. Others are more expressive, with marbled color, metallic accents, or organic patterning.
Material is equally central. Across the range, Boldstone works with natural and natural-inspired surfaces, stone-resin, gypsum, cement composites, plaster, wood, metal, and custom mixes depending on the purpose of a piece or project. The services page also notes finishes ranging from matte and polished surfaces to multi-colored finishes, gold leaf detailing, inlays, embeds, etchings, and metal effects.
That material range allows each design to hold a different kind of energy. Marble brings depth and polish. Gypsum brings softness and sculptural tactility. Metal effects bring history, patina, and contrast. Color introduces emotion. Light adds movement.
Above all, we believe in craftsmanship over sameness. A Boldstone piece should feel considered from every angle: the way it sits in a room, the way it reflects light, the way it introduces texture, and the way it makes a functional object feel memorable.
Meet the Debut Collection
The debut online collection introduces several directions within the Boldstone world.
The Azure Elegance Art Table is one of our most striking launch pieces. With its blue stone-patterned tabletop and intricate iron legs, it brings together contemporary color, sculptural structure, and a sense of functional drama. It is designed for interiors that need a focal point rather than another neutral surface.
The Gold-Leaf Wave Relief Sculpture reflects another side of Boldstone: wall-based sculptural work inspired by movement, relief, and natural rhythm. Crafted from sand, plaster, and hand-leafed gold, it brings texture and refinement to the wall while staying compact enough for many interiors.
For lighting, the Green and Cream Lamp blends sculptural form with warm illumination. Its polished, softly curving base is designed to feel present but balanced, pairing naturally with oak, brass, and textured fabrics.
The Marble Swirl Bowl shows how a smaller object can still carry the spirit of sculpture. Crafted from premium marble with unique swirling patterns, it can act as a functional bowl or a decorative centerpiece.
And for walls, gardens, covered patios, and poolside areas, the Wall Circle introduces customizable pattern, optional RGB lighting, and multiple diameter options, bringing artwork and atmosphere together in one piece.
